The Strat-Fin software model provides a multi-year (5 year, 10 year, 15 year, or a time horizon of your choice) look at:

- Endowment forecasts
- Strategic cash flow forecasts,
- Future capital investments and their impact on endowment and cash flow,
- Capital campaign targets and monetization schedules,
- Debt requirements, and

The tool has the capacity to contrast individual institutions financial ratios with user group financial data, so that individual schools can assess and evaluate their financial strength to comparative schools.
